Absolutely fantastic haircut and wonderful atmosphere. I moved to Quincy a little over 4 years ago and have been going shop to shop trying to find a place that gave me a cut I was happy with and I finally found it at W&R Barber Shop! Appreciated the attention to detail and great cleanup to my beard along with the amazing cut. Will be coming back and finally found my shop. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly polite and pleasant too which made the experience that much better.

Outstanding Experience and Superb Beard

I can't say enough good things about this barbershop! The atmosphere is fantastic, and the people are genuinely amazing. I make the trip all the way from the Cape, and it's always worth it. Their beard trims are the best I've ever had. The walk-in service is incredibly convenient and efficient, ensuring I never leave disappointed. Highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch grooming services!

I so badly want to give this 5 stars, but I can't. I reserve that for absolutely flawless experiences, and while I do think my haircut is basically flawless, I had an issue with some of the things my barber was doing. I don't even care that he didn't speak English and another barber had to relay what I wanted. That doesn't bother me at all. The issue I had was, no haircut should take 50 minutes. It was too much. Too many things were not needed. My dude literally grabbed the blow-dryer 26 times to blow off hair from apron. Even when there was only a tiny bit. Same with combing my hair. Way too many times. He was a really good barber, but I think he's fairly new. He should be more confident in his movements. He continuously goes back to things he's already done more than adequately enough. He could have easily shaved off 15 minutes minimum, just by taking out the things I stated. He definitely has to chill with that blow-dryer lol. Everything else other than stated, was great. Greeted by a nice woman, had an appt for 1 was seen at 1:09 which is more than respectable. Ended up with an amazing haircut, honestly, probably one of, if not, the best I've ever had. But the 50 minutes for as simple as a haircut as I get was a little much. I've never had one longer than 30 minutes. Absolutely will return though as I did appreciate how I could clearly tell he cared about my hair and how it looked. More so than any other barber has.

The full Brazilian experience. I was happy that one of the barbers was happy to take me as a walk in at 6:30pm on a Monday. Nice guy and used the scissors not just the electric. Huge difference in quality when this is done. Appreciation for the time taken. I could tell he had people waiting but atill took the time to make me happy.

It used to be great coming here when it was fair prices because it is fair enough good quality haircut but now is a rip off and if you don’t speak, Portuguese, forget about it! Many other great barbershops around with less hustle.

It is very good i recommend but it take the for ever to finish with a haircut got me waiting 2 hours when I booked an appointment at 5:00 and got the haircut at 6:50 right when they are about to close
