If you book an appointment, you should be able to get your hair done. I wasted time coming over to the mall for the young lady to say that she’s overwhelmed or overbooked. Complete inconvenience and she was a smart Alec about to top it off. Young people really need to be taught customer services.

I work in the mall and I’ve been cutting my hairs and my beard with them for almost 2 years. German is my barber and since I started with him I never wanted my hairs being touched from nobody else. The service is great and I strongly recommend to ask for him. The best.
