I've been working with Barbie for almost 4 years now and she has helped me stretch my limits and learn how to hold back when needed (especially important as I age!). The workouts always push me to my best and I reference the menu planning all the time for healthy options. Barbie is inclusive, accommodating, and tough! She'll adapt when you're injured and always find ways to keep you going.

I have worked with Barbie for the last few years both in private and group classes. Barbie works 24/7 to make sure that she is giving you everything you need to succeed. She is always available to talk and offer additional guidance when needed. I recently purchased her newest at-home workout and nutritional guide and I was quite impressed. Barbie and Summer Fitness deserves all the stars!

I've worked with Barbie since 2016. Barbie is the best. She brings a lot to all our sessions, but perhaps what I appreciate most is her knowledge and encouragement of overall healthy living. A workout may focus on a certain aspect (core strength for example), but the discussion, the motivating, the guidance while we are working may be focused on something else important to my healthy living, for example improving eating habits. Second thing is her specific knowledge of ways to train. I may not be ready for certain moves, so Barbie adjusts her approach to reach the same goal, but in a different way. Also, she uses whatever equipment is available at our home to provide an interesting and varied workout. There is so much more to say, but maybe the most important thing to know is that Barbie combines the two most important things I look for in a personal trainer: extremely knowledgeable about training and extremely caring about the health of her clients.

Always Encouraging! Barbie brings a fun and positive vibe to every workout. She's great at modifying exercises for me from an old injury. Every workout is different and challenging. Highly recommend both group workouts and one on one.
