I love this salon. The ladies are professional and polite. They cater to all-men, children, and women with different texture hair. The atmosphere is tranquil, and it is clean. I have to admit I was a bit nervous to get the service I came for. However, I left there happy and feeling great. The next day, my hair still looks amazing! Definitely worth it to stop by and get your hair, lashes and/or makeup done, promise you will be satisfied. Salon Chanterre by Eric will now be my go to place!

Great Salon!
I moved to Richmond about 6 months ago and after spending much time researching to find the best salon for my hair care needs, I decided to give this one a try, and I am so happy that I did.
Sherri is an AWSOME stylist. I was experiencing some severe damage from a previous stylist, and on my very first visit with her she did a consult with me to determine the course we would take to get my hair back healthy. I have been going to her every 2 weeks for about 3 months and my hair is well on the road to recovery.
The salon is very clean and well kept and she values my time. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes past my appointment time for her to start my services and all of the staff are very courteous and friendly. If you haven't already, I would highly recommend giving them your business!

Kate did a great job on my spring twist! I absolutely love them. The shop is set up nicely. My stylist was professional and cared about providing good customer service. My only complaint would be that they were a little on the expensive side. I have been getting my hair done for years and these are by far the highest prices I have been quoted. Overall I enjoyed the service.

I went for my very first time today after seeing Jasmine's work on Instagram. She did my braids today and I can honestly say I love it! The whole atmosphere of the salon is so welcoming and jasmine is amazing at what she does. I will definitely be back and become a regular customer for sure!

I love going to Salon Chanterre by Eric. The salon is very clean and organized. Out of all the places I've been, I feel like my stylist cared about my hair and I'm not just another head. Jasmine is the best, and she gets me in and out in a reasonable timeframe. She let me know what state my hair was in and what I could do to get it healthy again. Love it!
