Overall it’s a great hospital, however, lately the wait time has been ridiculous and appointments are so afar. If they schedule you at a certain time and the patient shows up 20 minutes before said time to check in on time and what not. Why are you still waiting to be seen an hour and a half after the appointment time?
Squeezing in people that were late for their appointment before those who were on time is blatantly disrespectful

I was I little nervous coming here . I am very thankful for the nurse's that was attending us . They all made us feel exactly how you want to feel after going through something tragic. Specially one nurse, she made it more special ? thank you so much for being kind and caring to the one person that means the world to me. Keep up the amazing work.

My mother had surgery here. The nurses were attentive. The staff was kind and helpful. The hospital was clean and neat. There were many sanitizer stations. Clean Restrooms. Places for food and coffee in the hospital. Also restaurants within walking distance.

I can’t speak to the competency of the staff here, but the customer service is awful. Any time they give an ETA, it’s always the amount of hours they said multiplied by 4. My mom had a procedure done today, and I was told ETA 2 hours. Fast forward, I arrive 3.5 hours later, I have been asking about my mom for the past 4 hours (7.5 total since I was told 2 hrs). I have been told multiple conflicting stories, and I was told my mom was in a unit but when I went, there was another patient with visitors inside. When I asked a nurse in the area about my mom’s whereabouts she said something along the lines of “We know you have been calling and calling but she is not here and she is not in another room yet.”

TLDR; There needs to be someone communicating with the family because the nurses, doctors or other hospital staff certainly aren’t and they are getting snippy if visitors keep asking about the same patient multiple times.

EDIT: My out of state relative called and was put on hold for over 30 minutes while I went to the information desk twice for information in that time.

Man i should have read the reviews before coming here. Made an appointment then waited almost a week to be seen. Checked in then waited for 2 and a half hours to be seen with an appointment booked -.- Once i was seen by the doctor i then had to wait around for another 2 and a half hour's just to be sent down to the pharmacy to wait another hour to pick up prescription medication smh. I literally waisted my entire off day here. Never again. I do not recommend this place to any one unless it's a last resort type of situation.

I was having stroke symptoms and went to this hospital they immediately admitted me and I was in the back within 10 min being treated. I’m only 42 and it ended up being a migraine but they were on the ball when it comes to caring for patients. I was treated excellent even though they didn’t have a room for me due to it being crowded they still had doctors and nurses running around helping everybody in the hallways I felt like I was in good hands. Special thanks to the nurses for stepping up and getting my labs drawn because phlebotomy was backed up they went ahead and got my blood themselves. Super fast good care. They really care here.

I gave birth to my baby in this hospital in October last year. I want to express my deep gratitude to the doctors and medical staff for everything they do. Especially the breastfeeding specialist - her advice helped us a lot in the first months of our baby's life. My only disappointment is the anesthesiologist. They tried to give me an epidural 4 times!!! 4 injections in the back!!! And nothing worked out for them. At the same time, they tried to make me guilty, they said that I had a crooked back. No doctor has ever diagnosed my back like this! Because of them I had to endure hellish pain delivering a baby over 9.5 pounds without anesthesia!!
