Overcharges on parking. Over an hour is $5, and then keeps rising, factor that into your spending. Zero street parking. This place has struggled over the last 10 +years and I guess they’re desperate for customers. Charging this much for parking at an average mall won’t bring people. Movie theatre validates, most other places do not.

Everything was clean and kept neatly organized. The best attraction was the movie theater. You do pay for parking. Have fun!

It is one of the most insecure places in los angeles. People try to break in my car, but no police show up on the criminals. NEVER COME BACK

So decided to come by and kill some time around the promenade. We went to the underground paid parking. We were gone for less than 30 minutes when we found our car smashed into. Thankfully we had nothing taken. Security is suppose to be roaming around but apparently not enough to deter people to smash people's car. The head guard was helpful but in the end it'll be costing me $750 out of pocket to get all the damage repaired. Visitors BE WARNED. I had my windows smashed with glass everywhere. we had to go to a car clear to vacuum up all the glass as it was everywhere. The only security cameras are at the front entrance. The head security guard was nice and helped direct us to the nearest police station but pretty much ruined whatever afternoon plans we had. It's pretty frustrating that this is a "closed" parking lot. Will I ever return ? Probably not.

I went there to go to the movies, but I was unable to enter because I had only gotten one shot of the COVID-19 vaccine and they required patrons to be fully vaccinated. It ended up being an evening of chilling and eating Ben and Jerrys ice-cream. There are a variety of shops and entertainment as well as restaurants and a movie theatre. I posted some videos as well so you can check those out.

Good Starbucks. Love their movie theater especially on discount Tuesdays. Dave & Buster's is fun.
