We live in Mexico, but Jessica is still the only person my husband will let cut his hair- she does a fabulous job every time, so when we're back in Canada, we now make the drive out to Casselman for his hair cuts! He's been getting his hair cut for over 8 years with Jessica and will continue to even if she moves her salon to Siberia! Haha

Seriously though, we love Jessica- she's super friendly and cuts great hair!

Jessica was the kindest and understanding when I came to her the day before my sister's wedding. She was very accommodating, taking note of what I needed and followed my request to a 'T'.

She's all by herself and is unable to do walk-in services, causing many potential clients to get frustrated. Booking online, in advance, is a must!

The staff are professional, the shop is clean, barber service @ the right price and a straight razor shave on the neck to finish it off is a nice added touch!

I didnt have an appointment and the schedule was full but Jessica managed to squeeze me in for a full cut!
Even though she was booked solid, she took her time and made sure the cut was 100% before moving to the next person.
Customer satisfaction is the goal and it was certainly met today.
