Brilliant and cozy Spanish atmosphere, incredible food, and wonderful decor, seating, and bar area. Some of the most delicious paella I’ve ever had. Incredible delicious tapas and great vegetarian options as well. Spicy potatoes are an absolute must every time.
Beautiful interior with a very small outdoor porch area that’s lovely in the cool summer air. Highly recommend a trip to this place for breakfast.

Such a great place! Was some our first time eating here and this type of Spanish food, and the various small plates were perfect! We ordered a bunch of small plates, olives, shrimp, meatballs, Mac n cheese, beef Benedict, calamari, potato salad, and vases of fruity sangria for 10 people and it was plenty! The Paella was great, takes 45 to get it from ordering! So plan ahead! All these plates can add up, so make sure you plan to share!!

The atmosphere was perfect, a tad loud in there but it was busy! The retractable roof added more light! Recommend this place, great safe location and attentive service by our server Aylin,A and just a good place to eat! Parking on street if ya can find a place, outdoor patio too!

The ambiance here was fantastic! What created the cozy and vibrant atmosphere was the lighting which was just right, the music volume which was not overwhelming, and the ample space between tables (if you get to sit by the window). Customer service was basic and nothing extraordinary. The food came out quickly, but not hot. Despite this, the croquetas and sandwiches were amazing – I highly recommend trying them. The peach sangria was enjoyable though it tasted a bit watered down.

'Spanish' style place with strong drinks, expensive price but meh food. We made a reservation bc this place was near the zoo and was very popular. We got the sangria mango n they were strong but no mango flavor. Then we got Catalan Crystal Bread, Grilled Iberico Pork, and Seafood Paella. The bread was alright not worth a recommendation. The grilled Iberico pork was good but very small portions imagine the palm of your hands for a $22 dish. The seafood paella came after 40 min as they warned us but it was very disappointing. The paella was very salty and it did not look good scooped out by the server onto dishes. According to other reviews, their paellas sometimes lacked flavor sometimes too salty. Service was ok. Overall if you come for drinks and atmosphere it's an alright place but don't expect too much from the food.

This is a social Spanish tapas restaurant. Dishes are on the smaller side and should be shared family style.

The Patatas Bravas and Paella are popular here but my favorite item is actually the Pressed Bikini Sandwiches - the touch of honey compliments the pork quite well. Another highlight is the Basque Cheesecake. The Paella didn't taste very special nor did the octopus in my opinion. Ribs were good but the quantity of meat on the bone was scarce.

Service is good and the food is delivered pretty quickly. Note that the Paella takes roughly 45 mins to cook so that dish will take longer to arrive.

This location has the same as menu as Lil Ba Ba Reeba in River North, but with extra items such as Paella. The interior is also larger.

My experience at Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the server welcomed us warmly and provided attentive service throughout the meal.

We started with refreshing Sangria, a perfect way to kick off the evening. The appetizers were a hit, especially the stuffed mushrooms and bacon-wrapped dates, which were bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection.

Moving on to the main course, both the seared scallops and the Paella were exceptional. The scallops were tender and flavorful, while the Paella was a delightful medley of seafood and aromatic rice that transported me to Spain with every bite.

But the star of the show was undoubtedly the Paella. The flavors were incredible, with perfectly cooked seafood, flavorful rice, and just the right amount of seasoning. It was a dish that left a lasting impression.

To top it all off, the restaurant went above and beyond by surprising us with a complimentary dessert for my girlfriend's birthday. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the evening even more memorable.

Overall, Cafe Ba-Ba-Reeba! exceeded our expectations with delicious food, exceptional service, and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a taste of Spain right in the heart of the city.
