I loved it. I was in and out, and the NYCID IS free. The Director Dalia and City Worker Lyanne was great. They make sure the lines move smoothly. If you have the correct documentation, then you have nothing to worry about. Make sure you make an appointment so you don't have to wait one that long @*$ line. The only thing is that you can't so no teeth when taking photo. Other than that, it should take no more than 20 minutes with an appointment. Thanks, yall, so much!!!!!.

Be careful at night. The road is very dark, and the local wild life is ever present. There is no room for error here. The road leading to 684 is ambiguous and very tight. You could very easily go the wrong way. High beam assist may be very necessary.

Had to make changes to my NYCID card. Was unable to make an appointment via online. Tried Bronx and Manhattan. Fortunately, I was able to leave an email message and a representative name Roland reached out to me. Roland was very professional and accommodating. He was able to make an appointment for the next day. Thanks Roland. Upon my arrival, I was greeted with professionalism: the female security guard and especially the lady who processed my application; and the lady who took my picture. I shared my thoughts with the lady who took my picture and she was very grateful. They set the bar on how to be professional. I hope everyone who encountered these individuals, please share your appreciation with them. Thanks again.

Aldi shopping for me is always a breeze, it always has great customer service for the most part, very accommodating for people with disabilities like myself that is a must to me. The price Check machine was out of order, which was a headache but overall, it was a pleasant experience ?

No one was at service desk to help at social security office, I waited a while and then I noticed an employee(?) by my asking as they strolled by; was handed a flyer with info. Then I went to lobby area where again I guessed if this was an employee at the front desk entrance. This was a Non communicative character looking down at something but surely not a book!

This place is full of unprofessional people no manners extremely rude it’s a sad city taking tons of money from all these citizens people come here and wait patiently and they are trying to pay money but employees are working here crazy.

Very very rude as hell.

I suggest everyone try not to get a ticket
If you do try to pay as soon as possible online or fight immediately. Because I can guarantee you
You don’t wanna come here and experience this.

I have to say, they get you in and get you out. The process is 1,2,3. No smiling w/ teeth in the pictures. Just make sure all your documents are up-to-date. The best thing is that the NYCID is free to all New Yorkers.
