Do not rent at this storage unit. Please listen to the other reviews, this place is a scam, unprofessional and not accountable for anything. Don't fall for the cheap price of a unit because it'll only last for 2 months if your lucky then they raise it as often as they want. I've had a storage unit here for a 1yr and a 1/2 and already have been raised my storage unit 3 times. I rented a unit for $90, and in less then 1yr and a half I am now almost at $200. when I asked how often they raise the price on your unit two employees told me two different answers. every 2-5 months and every 6-8 months. please do not rent here unless you want this business to take advantage of you, raise the rent on you whenever they feel like it instead of reasonably and no one to help. They claim they have a policy agreement and they don't, they never provide you with one either when you purchase a unit. and they never give you one they only claim its on there website but no where does it state how often they can raise the price on you.

When i got the unit they said we are allowed to stay for 2hrs and can stay 3 as courtesy we have to say so then this other staff said its a 30mins limit with permission. That he will lock my unit. So i went to get another storage unit after 2wks. Its the way he talked is so mean. Very disrespectful.

I love this place! All the employees are always so helpful informative and kind. This is why no matter how far i am i always choose this is as my top storage place . Btw it is always nice and clean.:)

Marc is the worst customer service representative I have ever had to interact with. I called because they overcharged me for my rental ( I rented just the day before).
They had charged me double for everything including the dolly I purchased to help me move.

Marc answered and was immediately rude and aggressive. I asked to speak with someone else instead Of him and he hung up on me. I had to drive to their office lobby to speak with anyone, while there Marc was rude to myself and my partner. He told me I could go to the U-Haul around the corner for help. When I told him I was overcharged he said that he didn’t care and that it was not his problem. I called customer service of U-Haul while sitting in the office lobby and waited until he got on the phone with them. Marc told me he wouldn’t speak to the customer service agent while I was in the office lobby and made me wait outside. He told my partner it was “company policy” (it isn’t)

The customer service agent was spectacular and helped me get my money back and file a complaint on this company and their horrific, unprofessional, unhelpful employee. I would RUNNNNNN FROM THIS PLACE

Es un lugar limpio supervisan bien pero me están contando una amiga y otras perdonas que tiene su espacio ahí algunos por 4 meses otros por 6 meses que le han subido $50.00 de un solo le han sacado su dinero de su tarjeta de crédito y eso no está bien que hagan eso es mucho el cobro y menos de un año haci que alerta... fíjense bien leean. Bien el contrato.
