Worst barbershop experience I’ve ever had thanks to Johnny.
After the first 10 minutes I should’ve listened to my gut and asked him to stop so I could see someone else because it felt like knives were digging into my scalp the entire time, and this went on for 75 minutes. I got one “I’m sorry” when he dug the shears into my skull. He asked one other time if I was in pain, but I kindly said no because I just wanted it to be over. He never once wiped or blew the hair off my face so that just added discomfort to the already painful haircut. He started at 1pm and I left at 2:15 pm. My partner has the same type of hair, saw someone else (Julia), and was done in 25 minutes for the exact same service. The excuses were endless “Your hair is just so fine it’s like powder and hard to cut.” Once I thought he was done he put product in and kept aggressively combing it back and forward and back and forward again saying “I’m just seeing what kind of styles you can do with your hair.” He clearly had no clue what he was doing, and he knew I could tell which made him even more nervous and shaky. After styling, he took the cape off, rubbed an ice cold, wet towel on my face sticking the loose hair to my face, and said “sorry I’d do more, but I’ve got people waiting.” I’m glad he didn’t do more because it would likely take him another hour just to attempt to clean up my neck line.
My partner’s cut came out great, but we refuse to step foot in this barbershop again. I wish I would’ve read the reviews prior to going because this is not the first review like this about Johnny. He should not be working as a barber period.

Don’t get your facial hair done here.

I was mistaken in trusting Joe with my mustache. He carelessly buzzed off large portions of it with out even thinking to ask or double check with me. I clearly asked for a small touch up and to not take away from the volume. This guy also didn’t really clean me up, leaving patches near the corner my lips show he really didn’t know or care for what he was doing.

I also did get a face shave and a hair cut and it was all just bad. First of all, Joe was unsociable and cold from the begging, he took absolutely forever to give me a high skin fade that honestly was not faded at all and was not down to the skin. And the face shave was with a normal Gillette style hand held razor not a straight blade, which I could have done myself. By the time the hot towel came I was already disillusioned with the whole experience, but I was never asked how things were going anyways.

The price is ridiculous too but partially my fault for leaving a 20% tip ‍♂️

Awesome vibe to the place. Every station has a TV and they have free wifi and drinks. I came in not really knowing what kind of haircut I wanted and Mason suggested a style and did a great job. He was very friendly and a great barber.

Johnny cut my son’s hair and did the most amazing job! We were in and out. I was shocked at the magic he worked . He really knew what he was doing and so great with safety working with a child’s precious head. Got his business card so we can make sure we book with him again for the next hair do! This place for years has been in good standing in our group as my son’s dad has loved it for years and getting his hair done here, as well. Everyone here was very kind- easy scheduling etc. Thank you!

I would 100% recommend this place to anyone. Especially recommend Julie. She is amazing at her job. She pays attention to detail makes you feel comfortable not to mention every time you leave you’ll be smelling amazing. Her skills are impeccable, especially with men’s hair

I’m new to the area and it was my first haircut here. Purcy was my Barber. I told him what I wanted and he did it perfectly. He is also very personable and my time in his chair was quite nice. I will make them my regular Barber, I don’t need to look for any other shop. Thank you again for your service, quite enjoyable.

Came here for the first time after wanting to go for weeks. Couldn’t be happier. Forgot the name of the guy that helped me but he wore glasses and was tall with tattoos. Super quick but also super clean. Awesome first experience and definitely recommend
