My usual AC guy retired and I needed a new one stat. Heard about Plan B on MJ’s radio show on 104.7 and decided to give them a go. Glad I did. The technicians were awesome. They came early, were very courteous to my wife who was home and made her feel safe. Fixed our AC in an hour and didn’t try to sell us a bunch of unnecessary parts we didn’t need. Good prices and amazing communication. They even sent pictures and tracking of the technicians so we knew who and when they were coming. Plan B is my new AC company. Thanks again!

We’ve been extremely happy with Plan B for the past 2 years. Their membership program has proven to be worth it.
The technicians we’ve had on routine visits have all shown high levels of expertise and professionalism. Customer service has always been fantastic. If we weren’t moving out of the area we would be continuing service and recommend them to other home owners.

Great service! Honest. On time. Thorough. Good price. Came with everything they needed in a box-truck. I was also informed that if our AC is under warranty and needs a part replaced, that they contact the warranty company and handle everything start to finish. I have been a listener to the MJ morning show for several years now. Recently my air conditioner quit working, and I had my usual air conditioner company come out twice to assess it. The second time they informed me that the AC unit had a leak and I could either replace the coil that was leaking or replace the entire unit. I have heard MJ rave about Plan B AC and called them to get a second opinion. They were scheduled to come out last Friday. They called Friday and informed me that the drivers were having a difficult time finding gas post Milton and needed to reschedule. Ok, understandable. So, I rescheduled for today between 8 am - 12 pm. I received a text message yesterday to confirm my appointment, for today, which I did confirm with them, and they sent me a return text message to acknowledge my confirmation. I rearranged my schedule today so I could plan to be at the house when they came. Unfortunately, no one came, no one called me to inform me that no one was coming, no one called me to ask me to reschedule. I did not call them because I was very upset. I have been without an air conditioner since last week and I was holding off repairing or replacing my unit until I received a second opinion from Plan B AC. I am not going to call them either to inform them how much I am upset about their customer service and for them to give me an unapologetic apology. MJ may be impressed with them, but I am not and will not call them again. I have informed the AC company that I usually have to service my AC to go ahead with replacing my unit. Even if Plan B AC would come out now to assess my AC, I would not have any trust in them because they were not professional enough to contact me about missing my appointment.

In response to your response about my google review, again you texted me to confirm my appointment the day before and I responded via text message which you acknowledged. How was I supposed to know you did not have internet and the issues your company was having? Playing the victim and putting the blame on me is not how your response should have been. I do understand what we just went through, I went through it as well and I was very understanding when you called last week and had to reschedule when your technicians could not find gas. It was funny how I posted this google review and you were able to call me minutes after I posted it. You had my phone number in your text messages where we had texted last Friday and where you sent me the appointment confirmation text the day before. A simple text informing me that you were not able to come would have been nice and I would have understood. I have been without an air conditioner for a week and was specifically waiting for you to come and give me a second opinion. It’s unfortunate that that happened to you yesterday but it still does not excuse no communication with your customers.
