Above all, BA has extraordinary communication skills; he's able to break down complex concepts and policies in a way that anyone (with zero financial experience or aptitude) can understand--and that feeling of being generally more informed / less lost in the process results in significant anxiety-reduction for anyone fortunate enough to work with him. Furthermore, he's completely invested in people and does everything in his power to make sure they have a positive experience. He also has a fantastic sense of humor, is genuinely kind, and takes the time to really assess what clients need and want.

I have financed and refinanced homes many times in my life, however, since my move to PA, I only had one mortgage experience and that was through my bank. To say customer service and knowledge on their part was lacking is an understatement! When I needed to refinance due to an extenuating and stressful circumstance, I recalled that an old college friend, Brian, was a broker and I didn't hesitate to give him a call. Besides being a great guy, Brian made what appeared to be a complicated process easy. He kept things simple and moved things to close quickly. Someone was always available to answer my questions or give me an assist when I got stuck. He did such a great job for me that my ex used to him to purchase a new home. I give Brian 5 stars without hesitation and would recommend him for any and all of your home financing needs!

I’ve completed three deals with BA in 2 different states. He is simply wonderful and easy to work with. His team is organized. The communication is top notch. From his impeccable reputation in the mortgage world, to his loving and giving ways in the community, HELP ME BA is his way of life. I always recommend friends to BA for their mortgage needs, and I rely on him for some of my non-profit needs. I am a founder of Central Pa's largest high school philanthropic event called CHAMP. CHAMP helps local families in need mainly focusing on kids with life-threatening illnesses. BA is one of our continued speakers and benefactors.
