Our flight booked through them was never confirmed by American Airlines. They happily sold us the ticket anyways. They still tried to send us on the full flight and refuse to rebook due to “everything looking fine” on their end for our ticket. Everything is fine except that we couldn’t fly, had to stay in Chicago overnight, and paid $1500 for new flights since they think we should’ve been on the flight we didn’t have an actual ticket for.

Terrible airline. Cancelled my transatlantic return home flight with less than 12 hours to departure. Stranded for 2 days until next available option. They just don’t even care. No responsibility. Unprofessional .

Don’t take BA, this company is so trash, it seems no one manages this company. Our flights were delayed twice and we missed transferring flights twice. They also lost our luggage twice in a row. The customer service team is also trash.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This airline is the most unprofessional and worst airline I have ever flown with! I fly often and have never had this much trouble with an airline in my life! I'm from the States and I planned a trip to Scotland for my family of 11 a year in advance from our travel date. Over the year our flight changed (on BAs end) I would say about 6 times. The Day Before Our Flight, I got a call saying the flight we currently had would not work for the connection we needed to make from Heathrow to Glasgow. After a lot of confusion, fussing around for a new flight, we ended up having to split our family up(4 on one flight 7 on the other). I was in the 7 along with my niece, her two deaf parents and my senior mother in law. Our new flight got us into London at 12 midnight, and because this was all BAs fault and after all of this chaos, THE DAY BEFORE OUR TRIP, I demand they accommodate us at a hotel for the night because sleeping in the airport was not an option. They gladly said they would. All I had to do was go to the BA front desk when landed and someone there would get us to the hotel. Well, we landed, got to the desk and it was CLOSED. No one was there. The only desk open was American Airlines. After some more fussing, At Midnight, the AA agent was able to help a got us a hotel for the night. Fast forward to our trip home, the hotel is now charging us $900 For the two rooms that were supposed to be accommodated!!! I told them that AA covered it. They said they had no record of that. So I call BA and so they can correct this crazy train. THEY HAVE NOT DONE A DAMN THING. our trip was in May of 2024, I am posting this In JULY 2024, and still nothing has been done! There are so many issues I have with both the hotel and the airline, but my biggest one is they are relying on Me, The Customer to do the leg work for THEIR MESS!!! I don't know when this issue will get resolved, but I do know I Will NEVER be dealing with BA ever again!!

My flight back home from Europe to USA was cancelled about 12 hours before departure. Their rebooking options would have me back in Chicago about 18 hours past my connecting flight. I filed a claim for a refund, but it has been over 3 months now and ZERO response from their customer service. I would not recommend this airline and will not fly with them again. They do have good food though.
