These barbers have legit skill. Took me damn near 30 years to find the best barber I’ve ever had in Alex the barber. For some reason, most people just don’t know how to cut asian hair, but that doesn’t go for Alex. Alex gives me the cleanest, most consistent fade and lineup week after week. Dope cuts, dope people, dope environment.

They did a solidly good job, but they missed and I missed a significant and obvious error in the cut, which my wife pointed out that night. It was a chunk of hair which was just missed and not cut, when slicked back it wasn't obvious but quickly showed and for the rate charged... needing to get a fix feels less than great. I do appreciate the conversation and the environment, both were excellent, it just felt like the critical part wasn't quite what it needed to be at the price point.

A classic barbershop with great ambiance and amazing haircuts. José is most definitely the best beard guy in San Jose. Stop in to get tidied up, but book early because they are poplar!

- Find Jerry if you need a fresh haircut. I almost go there every month. Jerry will listen to you about your thoughts and get start.

- Very clean place. Every barber cleaned the hair before getting start with the next customer. The chair is very comfortable and their clipper is one of the best I have ever had.

- They had some good taste on music. So, enjoy!

Men!! I've finally found THE Barber Shop. Trying to find a barber who pays close attention to details, especially when it comes to beard trims and fades is so difficult. I was hopeful after viewing their Instagram page and went in today for my appointment and I was impressed from the start. The shop itself is so we'll put together, lots of natural lighting and very clean. My Barber, Jerry, was welcoming and courteous when I arrived. I voiced my concerns about my previous barbering experiences and he completely understood. The process itself was enjoyable and well worth the time. As I mentioned in the beginning, attention to detail matters and Jerry took his time shaping and sculpting my beard with precision. The final result was a clean and well manicured fade and overall extremely satisfied customer. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will be going back regularly. Very excited to finally have a place that cares.

I came here to get my beard trimmed professionally because i thought it would help with maintenance. I told this to Alex and he gave me tips throughout the whole beard trim to help me keep it in shape in the future. My beard also has a weird growth pattern (/several weird growth patterns), and he did a great job shaping it. Overall great experience, Alex did great.

Jose is a master of his craft. All of the barbers are good dudes, I’ve only received the best haircuts, and I’ve only ever seen good cuts on other customers. Not only is it a good cut, but the value is very high for what you pay. I can’t recommend Barba & Co enough.
