I've been shopping Entertainment Earth online since the early 2000s and remain a loyal customer to this day. Their inventory is seemingly endless and ranges from popular items to the amazingly unique. Their prices are competitive. Their customer service is top notch. Their user interface is fantastic, very intuitive and incredibly easy to use. And being collectors themselves they know how to package an item to survive the abuse and neglect that can occur with carriers. I highly recommend this store. You will not be disappointed.

A statue I purchased was defective, so I had to return it. The EE staff responded swiftly twice and promptly issued a refund after informing me they were unable to send a replacement. I didn’t even have to send any photos to prove the item was defective before starting the return process, unlike other collectible companies! Outstanding service!

I ordered some figures that were supposedly delivered on 11/25 and weren't and still nothing and no help from delivery persons but I contacted Entertainment Earth and they didn't hesitate to remedy the situation. Thank you for the excellent customer service. Will not hesitate to order from them again.

Entertainment Earth is the best place to buy Star Wars action figures. I buy all my action figures I take to conventions with me and get autographed. The video is a small part of my collection. They do presales on not released yet action figures. And they always arrive safe and sound in good packing. If you are looking for a specific action figure look here!!! I will do more business with them in the future.

I was notified . The co. keeps you well informed

I placed an order but accidentally typed in the wrong email address and didn’t have time to screenshot my order number before the screen disappeared. I immediately emailed customer service and they responded within 24 hours with my order number and letting me know my email address had been corrected. Amazing! Highly recommend this company and their customer service.
