This was the first time for me and I was so impressed with everything.The store was definitely busy. The staff was extremely helpful. The quality of the products are totally awesome. I will definitely recommend the store to everyone to go there.

I love Trader Joe's. It's just super far away so can't go regularly. I'd go for all my grocery needs if they were closer. Prices are comparable to other stores and so many different choices than a traditional store. Fun stuff to try.

Really disappointed, I live almost an hour away and this is the closest location to me and I was only in the area for an appointment. My card was double charged, the first time I input my card information, my transaction was still up on the register, but I showed the cashier on my card There was a charge for the order total. The cashier said that will drop and I still had to re-enter my pin and everything Because the transaction still showed on their end. I did everything again got home and the charge did not drop so I paid for my order twice. I called and was told the refund has to be done in person. It’s not easy for me to get out there to get my money back, I’m already tight on cash and just had surgery…i hope they can update that because it’s not the fault of the customer they were double charged… now I have to figure out getting out there again because I really need my money… I even had to transfer money from my savings to pay for the second charge because I thought the first would drop as I was told.

Update: unfortunately I have to dispute the charge on my end which is going to take several months to resolve, as I had reached out again in one last hope to resolve this issue. I then had 3 calls I missed because I was at a medical appointment. the calls were all in a row, not even 4 minutes apart between the three, as though someone was angry calling me? And no VM was left! I called back, then no one called me back after. Terrible customer follow up for a mistake made on your company’s end! Although I am not local, I warned 3 of your regulars of my terrible experience with the cashier/computer error, who have now all chosen to bring their business to Whole Foods as a result. I do plan to keep sharing my experience about your company in hopes others know to bring their business elsewhere to avoid the same experience.

It is an excellent option for those looking for quality goods and services that are alternatives to Whole Foods, but the variety of products and brands available here is limited. Nonetheless, it is a great option, and the prices are lower.
